Plovers is a 200 hundred-year-old detached Grade II listed cottage, originally a fisherman's retreat, with off road parking, situated in a quiet location close to the beach at Lydd-on-Sea. There are two en-suite bedrooms (a double and a twin bedded). Meals are served in the dining room, which overlooks a garden with well stocked bird feeders.
Guests staying on Birdwatching Breaks have access to the lounge, and a study which houses an extensive collection of bird books.
During fine weather guests are welcome to enjoy the sunny aspect of the garden with its many nooks and crannies, or the summer-house, whilst in winter a log fire in the lounge is more the order of the day.
Please note that Plovers is a non-smoking establishment.
