Situated on a beautiful spot on cliffs overlooking the quaint fishing harbour, you will be very warmly welcomed at our cosy, family run guest house, just moments from the sandy beach.

All our rooms are well furnished, comfortable and very clean. Each has a hand wash basin, remote controlled colour television, and clock radio. Tea and coffee making facilities are supplied in each room. One room has a lovely view of the sea. Towels and toiletries are provided. A high-chair and cot are available, if required. Fans are also available.

A freshly cooked full English breakfast is served between 6.30 and 9.00 each morning, or there are lighter and vegetarian options. Folkestone makes a wonderful base for exploring the surrounding area. There are stunning walks on the North Downs, Historic Canterbury, Dover, with its castle, Roman remains and white cliffs and two lovely animal parks close by.

If you are looking for something wilder there is of course Romney Marsh and the famous Dungeness. For those who enjoy sports there are several golf courses handy, and both freshwater and sea fishing.
