The author of The Cardamom Trail and Chai, Chaat & Chutney talks about the history of Indian herbs and spices, and the incredible food she discovered while travelling around India. Chetna took part in the Great British Bake Off in 2014 and will tell us how to introduce Indian ingredients into traditional Western favourites.
